Ylang Ylang Essential Oil is beneficial to calm extreme mood swings related to PMS. Its ability to relax and remove tension is suspected to be the reason it is known as an aphrodisiac. Leading aroma therapists recommend a blend of Ylang Ylang, Clary Sage and Neroli applied in a massage oil, rub, bath or vaporized into the air.
Ylang Ylang moderates sebum production to balance moisture in the hair and skin. It is useful in oily or dry skin and hair. A little blended in Apricot or Jojoba oils may be useful after shampooing as a conditioner to treat split ends in hair.YLANG YLANG, Cananga odorata (Plant Family: Annonaceae)
