How to Shop

Shop with Ease
  1. Browse through our online product page

  2. Once you have selected the item you wish to order, select the desired quantity and click ‘Add to Cart’’. To shop more than 1 item, continue adding more items to the cart by clicking ‘Add to cart’ for each new item before proceeding to check out. 

  3. Once you have added all the items and the quantities you wish to purchase, click on the ‘cart icon’, on the top right of the page. An order summary of your Cart should appear. Click ‘view cart’ to proceed.

  4. Recheck the items added, the quantity and the total amount. Shipping fee will be displayed before checkout. Free Shipping is applicable with a minimum spending amount. Please see ‘Shipping Policy’ for more information. No hidden charges are incurred. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.

  5. Select Shipping method. We provide 2 options:

  • Select ‘Local Handling’ for shippings in Thailand by our partner courier agencies. 

OR

  • Select ‘Pick up at Store’ if you wish to pay online by 1) Paypal/Credit/Debit Card OR 2) Offline Payment - Bank Transfer/Mobile Banking and pick them up from Mystique Arom Stores. Please notify branch location, date and approximate pick-up time upon checkout so the package can be ready to be picked.

  1. If eligible for promotions, enter your known ‘promo code’

  2. ‘Add a note’ for special requests and instructions (eg. Gift Wrapping, Pick up Time & Branch, etc)

  3. Click ‘Checkout’ or ‘Checkout with Paypal’

  4. Fill in Shipping Details. Please recheck your contact information and shipping address. Click ‘Continue’.

  5. Select Delivery Method. 

Option 1: ‘Local Handling’

Option 2: ‘Pick up at Store’. 

Click ‘Continue’.

  1. Select Payment Method. 

Option 1: ‘Paypal/Credit/Debit Card’ 

  • ‘Pay with PayPal’ Or ‘Pay with Credit or Debit Card’

  •  Fill in your payment details. Click ‘Pay Now’.

Option 2: ‘Offline Payment - Bank Transfer/Mobile Banking’.

  • Please transfer to the following bank account.

  • Send us your Bank Transfer Slip.

  1. Please review the order details and click ‘Place Order’.

  2.  After you have successfully placed your order online, you will receive an email that contains information regarding the details of your order. If you have not received your order confirmation, please check your email, your spam folder or contact us.
