Our Herbal Compress Balls are made from a selection of therapeutic herbs, including Lemongrass, Kaffir Lime Leaves, Tamarind Leaves, Ginger, Grapefruit Peel, Borneo camphor, Camphor & Turmeric wrapped in cotton. They are steamed for 15 to 20 minutes and applied to the body in gentle pressing, circular and rolling movements. If steamer is not available, make wet and Microwave for 1 - 2 minutes,

We suggest using 50 gm for the face, 150 gm for the shoulders and neck and 200 gm for larger areas like arms, legs and back.
Eucalyptus Herbal Compress Ball - Medium 150 gm
Make the herbal balls wet. Steam them for 10-15 minutes or microwave for 1-2 minutes to plump up the herbs & make them warm. Do not use the Herbal Compress Ball immediately after steaming or microwave, let it sit for a bit & test it on your arm to check if the temperature is bearable. Apply it onto the body in gentle pressing & rolling movements. Easy & fun to use, each ball can be reused up to 5 times. After use, leave the compress ball to dry in nature, place in a storage bag & store in the refrigerator to reuse.
